*Single Serving
  •     1 piece of wheat bread (or your choice bread)
  •     1 egg
  •     1/4 cup of milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
  •     1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  •     1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
  1. Whisk together egg, milk, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow dish.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Dunk your slice of  bread in shallow dish with the mixture, soaking both sides.
  4. Place soaked bread in heated skillet and cook on both sides until golden.
  5. Serve hot and add syrup if desired. Enjoy!
